Returns & Refunds Policy
At BEXON LLC, our priority is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in salable condition within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival.
- BEXON LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.
- Special orders (valued at $500.00 or more) are subject to a 50% restocking fee upon return.
- Cancellations of special orders prior to shipment may also incur a restocking fee.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- BEXON LLC will provide free return shipping if you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item directly from us.
- For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Additionally, the initial shipping charges from your original order will not be refunded.
- For returns originating from Canada, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return.
- Refusal to accept a package will not result in a refund of shipping charges.
- Packages returned as undeliverable due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded the shipping costs.
Restocking Fees for Opened/Used Returns (Non-Defective)
- Voluntarily returned items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in salable condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- As mentioned above, special orders (in excess of $1000.00) returned in this condition will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Important Shipping Considerations
- Please allow for standard shipping times for exchanged products to reach you, which may vary depending on your location.
- For items valued over $80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BEXON LLC cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a standard processing timeframe determined by your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing period before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time involved before a refund is visible.
